By creating an account or using AUTOZUP, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use AUTOZUP. AUTOZUP is operated by [Legal Entity Name].

AUTOZUP is a record-keeping and organization tool for vehicle information. It helps you store history, documents and costs, and surfaces reminders and publicly available recall information.

AUTOZUP does not:

• Inspect your physical vehicle in any way
• Assess or guarantee your vehicle's mechanical condition or safety
• Replace a qualified mechanic, dealer or inspector
• Guarantee that maintenance recommendations are correct or complete for your vehicle
• Guarantee recall eligibility for a specific vehicle
• Guarantee the accuracy of information extracted from documents by AI

Always follow your vehicle manufacturer's instructions and seek qualified professional advice for anything affecting safety, warranty or roadworthiness.

Maintenance intervals shown in the app may come from different kinds of sources:

• Manufacturer information, where available
• Licensed or openly published vehicle data
• AUTOZUP default intervals, which are general assumptions and not vehicle-specific

Default or general intervals are not manufacturer recommendations and are not presented as such. Verify maintenance requirements against your owner's manual, manufacturer or a qualified technician when it matters.

Recall information is retrieved from public government sources and is generally matched on year, make and model. A match means a recall may apply to a vehicle like yours — it does not confirm that your specific VIN is affected.

Confirm recall eligibility and repair availability with:

• Your vehicle manufacturer
• An authorized dealer
• The appropriate government recall service for your country

Recall data may be incomplete, delayed or unavailable at times, and marking a recall as resolved in the app does not mean any repair was performed.

• Repair estimates and quotes represent proposed or quoted work only
• An estimate is not proof that work was performed or paid for
• Cost-of-ownership figures depend entirely on the information you enter, upload or confirm
• AUTOZUP does not guarantee that financial totals, averages or projections are complete, current or error-free

Do not rely on AUTOZUP figures for tax, insurance, resale, warranty or legal purposes without checking them against your own records.

When using the app, you are responsible for:

• Providing reasonably accurate vehicle, mileage and service information
• Reviewing AI-extracted information before confirming or saving it
• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing your account
• Confirming important vehicle information with an authoritative source
• Having the right to upload the documents you submit
• Using AUTOZUP lawfully and in line with these terms

AUTOZUP is currently in beta. That means features may change or be removed, occasional bugs or interruptions can happen, and some functionality is experimental while we refine it.

We take data safety seriously, but as a sensible precaution during beta, please keep your own copies of important original vehicle documents rather than relying on the app as your only copy.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user's account, records, documents or files
• Probe, scan or test the security of the service without permission
• Abuse the app's APIs, scanners or automated systems, including excessive or scripted requests
• Upload malware, malicious files or content designed to disrupt the service
• Interfere with, overload or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload
• Use AUTOZUP for any unlawful purpose

We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service, poses a security risk, or breaches these terms. Where reasonable and appropriate, we will let you know and give you a chance to resolve the issue.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Account & Settings.

AUTOZUP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the information shown is accurate or complete.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made, repairs undertaken or costs incurred based on information shown in the app.

These terms may be updated as AUTOZUP evolves. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use AUTOZUP after an update means you accept the updated terms.
